In 2022, Akash was searching for a job and desperately needed one. Akash is like a younger brother to me, and during that time, I had already been working for two years. I was living in Pune, Maharashtra, but went to my hometown for a Diwali vacation.

One day, out of boredom, I called Akash to chat. It was casual, but I could sense his stress about not finding a job. I tried to reassure him that he wasn’t alone and reminded him how challenging it could be to land a job in AI/ML, but that there were ways to make it happen. Despite my efforts, nothing seemed to lift his spirits.

A few days later, a thought struck me. I had observed how difficult it can be to convince people through conversation, something I had experienced firsthand during my office work. This gave me an idea. I called Akash again and suggested that we tackle this challenge using our AI/ML skills. However, Akash was too preoccupied with his own struggles to consider it at the time.

Fast forward 6-7 months, and in 2024, Akash finally got a job—ironically, in the same company I had previously worked for, where he started as an intern under me. By then, I had switched companies and relocated to Bangalore. After Akash settled into his new role, I approached him once more about the idea. This time, he was ready. We decided to fully commit to it, sacrificing day and night to bring our vision to life.

Of course, the journey wasn’t easy. We faced numerous obstacles—financial, technical, and even moments of doubt where we questioned whether it was all worth it. But we never gave up. We pushed through every challenge with resilience and determination. And eventually, we launched our project.

The lesson here is simple: consistency is key. If you manage your time, stay focused, and refuse to give in to excuses, you can achieve what you set your mind to. There will be setbacks, and moments of discouragement, but those who persist are the ones who succeed.
